This one was listed here raw and has come back from PSA graded. Two things the old listing had wrong, now corrected: the set is 2000 Team Rocket, not 1999, and the card is 1st Edition, which the old listing never mentioned.

1st Edition is the printing collectors look for. PSA 8 copies have sold in the $47 to $56 range and PSA 9 copies around $100 to $120. A PSA 4 sits below that, and there is not much direct PSA 4 sold data to point at. Offers welcome.
